User Agreement

1. General Provisions
   1. This User Agreement (“Agreement”) governs the use of the website www.passportu.eu (the “Website”), operated by Itality Ltd, a company incorporated in England and Wales, (“Company”, “we”, “our”, or “us”).
   2. By accessing or using the Website, you (“User”, “you”) confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by this Agreement and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, you must not use the Website.

   3. In any event, the Company's total aggregate liability to any User for all claims shall not exceed the lesser of: (a) €100; or (b) the total amount paid by the User to the Company in the 12 months immediately preceding the claim. Where no fees have been paid, liability shall not exceed €100.
8. Indemnification

   The User agrees to indemnify and hold harmless the Company, its officers, employees, and affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from the User’s use of the Website, violation of this Agreement, or infringement of third-party rights.

9. Termination
   1. The Company may suspend, restrict, or terminate a User’s access to the Website at any time, without prior notice, if the User breaches this Agreement or applicable law.
   2. Upon termination, all rights granted to the User under this Agreement cease immediately.
10. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
    1. This Agreement and any dispute arising out of it shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Singapore, without regard to conflict of law principles.
    2. The courts of Singapore shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute or claim under this Agreement.
    3. Nothing in this Agreement shall limit mandatory consumer protection rights that apply under the laws of your country of residence.
11. Miscellaneous
    1. If any provision of this Agreement is found invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full force.
    2. Failure of the Company to enforce any right or provision shall not constitute a waiver.
    3. This Agreement constitutes the entire understanding between the User and the Company regarding use of the Website and supersedes prior communications.
